Repaints for P3D Mustang

Yesterday I bought the A2A P-51 Civilian Mustang for P3Dv4. I now have the airplane I've wanted since 1960, after reading about Mustangs being purchased for $1,200 after the end of the war in a book by Tony LeVier. I love this thing! Now I'd like a custom repaint. Can we use repaints that are found on this forum that were created for the FSX P-51? What are the differences between the FSX repaints and a repaint that somebody might create for the P3Dv4 Mustang?

I recently downloaded the "Old Crow" for the Civ Mustang from Seediffy's FlightSim graphics at https://cdfi.neocities.org/cfsg_page2.htm, and I'm wondering if I should expect any problems, or if it will work just fine.

I had Big beautiful doll but I deleted the env as it didn't need it but I decided to delete the paint to wait for some info about this as I was thinking about making my own paint

Most paints for fsx should work just fine. I just made a test paint this morning from the paint kit and it worked just fine.

Just be sure to correct the naming convention in the cfg entries in order to match and be able to keep your paints in category.

What taildraggin said, you may need to amend the cfg slightly but should be good for the most part.

Paint kit works just fine
