Vibration in cruise

Post by Herbert »

Hello,

I have following problem and I hope for help.

I use Accu-Feel v2 with FSX and Project Magenta with the PM flight model B737-800.
While Climb and descent there are no problems, but when reaching cruise, the cruise runs very restless.
A small trent pointer jerks rapidly up -and downwards and the vibration is transmitted to the projection screen.
If you turn off the program everything runs smoothly. The vibrations have nothing to do with turbulence

What can you do there.

Thank you and the best greetings from Cologne, Germany

Herbert

Hi Herbert, from your description it may well be your settings in the Accu-Feel main menu.

I might be wrong but have a look at the Accu-Feel main menu when running FSX, under Air Sttings increase Max Mach and Max IAS as you might have it set too low. This happened to me once.

Hope it works.

Regards
Nigel.

Yes, it sounds like the settings will need adjusting the settings are set as best as possible for each aircraft but some add-ons much like our own Accu-sim aircraft will do there own thing in all manner of areas to overcome several inherent limitations in the FSX base sim.

thanks,
Lewis
