Hi,
I purchased and installed AccuFeel a while back and then later picked up a copy of the A2A Cessna Trainer which I've installed in my FSX Steam directory. AccuFeel has always worked and correctly shows up as part of the menu options.
I've heard that the A2A AccuSim aircraft already include realistic physics. Is the AccuFeel module going to conflict or interfere with the Trainer's physics?
AccuFeel + A2A Cessna 172 Trainer??

Hi George and welcome to the forum.
Accufeel is "a touch of accusim for non accusimmed aircraft"
Hence if I were you I would disable accufeel with your accusimmed aircraft.
Do not forget to install as administraor the latest updater.

Re: AccuFeel + A2A Cessna 172 Trainer??
Thanks for the help!
I loaded the A2A cessna and then brought up the Accufeel window for settings. It shows this:
Does that mean it's already off?
Also, I'm trying to make sure that the game is as realistic as possible since I'd like to use the simulator to supplement my actual flying lessons. When using an AccuSim aircraft could you recommend what I should set all these realism sliders to?

Re: AccuFeel + A2A Cessna 172 Trainer??
As for the realism settings. I would move all the slider to the right (to realistic). Then I would check the following:
- pilot controls aircraft lights
- allow gyro drift
- detect crashes and damage
- aircraft stress causes damage (not necessarily needed for Accusim to detect damage as far as I'm aware)
- engine stress causes damage
- G-effects
And I would definetly uncheck the following:
- display flying tips
- unlimited fuel
- auto rudder
You should also check the manual to see what settings are recommended by A2A for best results of the simulation!

Pipers pretty much spot on you'll want to have all those realism sliders to the right
