accu feel not working in FSX Styeam
accu feel not working in FSX Styeam
I just installed Accu Feel in FSX Steam and it is not working. There is no pull down menu to access Accu Feel. It said it installed fine. I have uninstalled the original FSX. Could this be a problem?

I use FSX Stem and have no issues with Accu Feel. Did you install this as an administrator? Is anything listed under Addons in the menu? Accu Feel doesn't create a new menu drop down.

Re: accu feel not working in FSX Styeam
Hi and thanks for the reply. When I open Steam I don't have the add on's menu when I hit the ALT key. Just all the usual: options, world, aircraft, etc. It said that accu feel was installed successfully and I am the sole user of this computer. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks for any advice.

The other two things that come to mind is Sim Connect is not installed or AccuFeel isn't installed as an admin.

Re: accu feel is now working
I had some old FSX boxed files still on my hard drive and Accu Feel installed some files in there. As soon as I moved them to FSX steam, deleted the remaining old FSX boxed files, Accu Feel worked and the add ons menu appeared. Works great now.

I'm really glad to hear you were able to get it working. Hope your enjoying it. Now you should next try an A2A plane with Accu Sim; you'll never fly anything else.

Accu-feel does an amazing job on the Seaplanes. The DeHavilland Beaver is a completely new experience with Accu-feel, just amazing.

Hallo All, I can not get Accufeel to work in FSX steam although I can see the files in it can someone
give me the file positions in their FSX steam. in mine it is FSX mainfolder- A2A-Feel.
And then the A2A feel aircraft list is in Add-ons.

I have installed Accufeel in FSX Steam, I can see the file in the main folder, but not showing in add-ons
when in flight, can some one tell me their file path for this so I can see if mine is the same ?
Thanks

Hello,
it'd be best to start a new thread to help solve your issue but best bet is to start with the troubleshooting FAQ thread here to go over the basics;
