-The drop down tab in FSX works.
-The Accu Feel sliders adjust and save.
-The green light is on for the aircraft selected and Accu Feel.

The result is no change in sound they remain stock FSX or add-on aircraft sound.
I mainly fly Carenado GA aircraft in ORBX scenery.

FSX Acceleration pack installed.

Figured it out! It reset my FSX.cfg back to the orginal cfg file and all is well. Works great now.
