Re: does a2a accu feel work in p3d v3?
Hello,
it was designed just for the FSX platform. It works with P3D as far as I am aware but it cannot be guaranteed to work as P3D moves further away from FSX.
thanks,
Lewis

Accufeel does not work in P3Dv3. I tried using the dll insert and it installs but does not show up in sim under addons. Also when you go to install the Accufeel updates it states that it cannot find Accufeel so update fails.
Most developers modify installers to work with P3D so why doesn't A2A?

I beg to differ and besides, why would I lie? Here's a shot in P3D v3 using the default Mooney.
What I've also heard that may help, is changing the Path to Accu-Feel to an absolute path. This is what it would look like in my config.
D:\Prepar3D v3\Modules\AccuFeelMenu.dll
That's me done helping.

Now where does it say I called you a liar ?
It may work for you but that does not mean it will work for everyone.

By saying this rather sweeping statement.Warbirds wrote:Now where does it say I called you a liar ?
Makes me out to be a liar after I say it does work.Warbirds wrote:Accufeel does not work in P3Dv3.
End of line.

Yes if its not working regarding showing up you will have an incorrect formatted dll or missing the FSX simconnect.
thanks,
Lewis
We will not offer FSX products for P3D, it's not correct, any P3D products will be P3D products, changing an installer doesn't change the core software itself.Warbirds wrote:Most developers modify installers to work with P3D so why doesn't A2A?
