Will there be an update or product reintroduction for Accu-Feel that enables it to work in Prepar3d V2?
Thank you.

Re: Prepar3d V2
Some have installed Accu-Feel into P3d by placing a dummy fsx.exe into the P3D install folder and pointing the installer to this folder.

Re: Prepar3d V2
Works fine for me.
I manually installed it though by copying the files across from FSX and editing the dll.xml

Re: Prepar3d V2
I followed your instructions. I now see Accu Feel in the drop down but it will not load the aircraft. The Accu panel is turned off with no defaults loaded. I can toggle Accu Feel on, aircraft on but all features are off. I can put percentages under all the options and turn on the volume, but in the simulation, nothing takes effect.
Re: Prepar3d V2
Really looking forward to an official update for P3D v2.
Re: Prepar3d V2
Confirmed, AFv2 works well with P3Dv2. Im happy now.

Re: Prepar3d V2
You will need to run through the troubleshooting steps on the forums I believe and maybe perform a reinstall but as noted the product was never designed to work in P3D so we cannot be sure of results.gpf wrote:I followed your instructions. Re: Prepar3d V2
Hi, I installed per the instructions, and do see AFv2 in the dropdown menu on P3Dv2. But, the toggles do not save and the effects appear to not work. Can you share what else you did to make it work? Thanks!YoYo wrote:Confirmed, AFv2 works well with P3Dv2. Im happy now.
Re: Prepar3d V2
Thanks Lewis. I have searched and have found nothing that helps. To bad that Accu-Feel will not work in Prepar3d V2. I really enjoyed that software. My future is with Prepar3d V2 however.

Re: Prepar3d V2
gpf, just to check you have everything installed corectlly you should have the following folders and files.
Prepar3D v2\A2A\Feel\Sounds.pk and sound_log
there will be others files in that folder but there not necessary for it to work.
Prepar3D v2\Modules\A2A_Feel.dll and AccuFeelMenu.dll
and your dll.xml should have two entries in it
That should be it, if you have all that it should work.

Prepar3D v2\Modules\A2A_Feel.dll and AccuFeelMenu.dll

Code: Select all
<Launch.Addon>
<Name>A2A Feel</Name>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<Path>Modules\A2A_Feel.dll</Path>
<DllStartName>module_init</DllStartName>
<DllStopName>module_deinit</DllStopName>

Re: Prepar3d V2
Glad you got it working OK in the end.
Accu-Feel is one of those addons that you don't think you really need at first but cant live without once you tried it.
