Most default and add-on multi-prop/jet aircraft are not designed to allow for proper engine failure effects.

For instance, failing the left (critical) engine in the default FSX Baron58 results in very faint effects at a wide range of speeds, even if one does not promptly feather the prop. Most add-on (sometimes considered top-notch) multi-engine aircraft suffer from the same problem.

Question is, does accu-feel do anything in this area too?

And, yet another question... Is Accu-Feel so to say an external FDM, using Simconnect to pick data from FSX and then feed it with the aircraft positioning and systems parameters, or is the underlying FDM of FSX still used?

I believe the Milviz Cessna 310R gives you what you are looking for.
Handling the aircraft with one of the engines out almost gives you an headache; setting up rudder and aileron trim axis is strongly recommended!!
