Stuck on the jacks.

Post by cessna lover »

I can get my plane on to the jacks and play with the gear and flaps. but then I can't get it back off the jacks. and it seems I have an issue with the left landing gear leg bouncing like crazy.

I've been there and maybe it's the same issue with you. If you put it on jacks and cycle the gear but do not get gear down and locked you will not be able to remove the jacks. Put gear lever in down position then pump the manual handle until the handle barely pumps from high hydraulic pressure. Maybe even cycle gear up and down again but make sure the gear is down fully and locked.

This may not be your trouble but it has been mine a time or two.

Good luck
Roger

:D ah ok thank you sir I will try that. I may have to reset my airplane any way. cause the left tire is bouncing when I taxi. but the right does not. I may have landed to hard and broke it. so I will try a reset and see if that fixes it?
