a differant jack problem

for some reason when I put the p-40 up on jacks the left jack will fall through the ground and damage the airplane. after i repair it, lower the aircraft and taxi to the runway. as im taking-off the left main falls through the ground and the aircraft flips over onto its back thus again destroying the airplane. any ideas???
