Not sure if this is post core update issue or not but I do have core update installed.

Put jacks on the P-40. Raise and lower the gear. Gear down and locked according to gear gauge and hand pump pressure. Jacks will not lower and be removed. Reload aircraft from menu. Aircraft appears without jacks, gear collapses. Go to Maint menu, complete overhaul. Removing jacks works this time.

Same issue - I just put my aircraft up on jacks, couldn't lower it back down. This is post the 1.3 update - it was working OK before.

Tried some additional things, though: With aircraft on jacks, completely retracted and re-extended the gear using the hand pump. Couldn't lower aircraft from jacks.

Doing a "complete overhaul" without reloading the aircraft and allowing the gear to collapse - Couldn't lower aircraft from jacks.

Reloaded aircraft, gear collapsed. Put aircraft on jacks manually prior to repair and clicked on gear in hangar to repair it... Can't lower aircraft again.

The only way I could get it down off the jacks was to do a "complete overhaul" with the aircraft sitting on its belly, which lifted the aircraft onto the jacks to do the repair. After that it seems to be working OK.

Cheers,

Ian P.

Make sure the gear is down and locked before lowering. So, with the gear lever down, run that hydraulic pump and verify the pressure by grabbing and trying to move the manual hydraulic lever. If it's stiff, then the gear should be down.

If anyone does the above and still is getting stuck on the jacks, let me know.

Scott.
