Aircraft very slippery : incompatibility with P3Dv3 ?

Post by Dominique »

After not having flown the 40 for awhile, I did a couple of circuits today and found that reducing airspeed was very difficult.

Reducing MP at 20" didn't do much the aircraft still speeding at 200 mph. Adding pronounced S-turn didn't do much either, only climbing could reduce speed but getting level again and the aircraft gained speed.

Also at 20", moving the prop lever full backward, the 40 didn't bat an eyelid still breezing at the same speed !

Do fellow simmers running FSX see the same or could it be a P3D incompatibility ?

Thanks for any feedback

Dom: I find that my P-40 behaves exactly the same in P3D v3 as she did in FSX.
