The A2A Simulations Community

First, I am using FSX sp1/2 and have since it came out.

With the latest A2A update I lost ALL external sounds with the COTS B377. The update did not effect any of my other A2A products, only the COTS B377.

I did a complete uninstall/reinstall of the B377 and still have NO external sounds.
Any suggestions?

Hi.
If all other aircraft have external sound then its not the FSX sound thats been muted with the q key .
So only thing i can think of looking at , is the sound slider in the b377 shift 2 or 3 panel i have mine set to 100.

One thing that I have noticed, even with a fresh download from the A2A site, is that the sound folder for the B377 has only the sound cfg and a gear wave file inside.

I downloaded the file with AV and all other programs that could effect the download deactivated.

Shouldn't there be more than one wave file in the sound folder?

That sounds like a bad download , i checked my B377 and guppy sound folders , the Guppy is just a sound.cfg file alaised to the b377 , which has all the sounds in there with about 65 sound files .
