B377 shakes on every flight

Post by Andy45 »

After a my first couple flights (that went fine) my B377 bounces like a cocktail shaker as soon as it gets up to speed. Its the same no matter the weather. Any Ideas?

Hello Andy,

first thing to check is that you are all updated with the latest Accu-sim updater?

thanks

Hallo Andy,

I think it´s a not optimal management for the boosters!

Set the FE (flight engineer) to "ON", so HE can manage the boosters, and see what´s happening.
You should be fine.
Hope this helps!
Cheers Rainer

I uninstalled it, then re-downloaded. Ran the Update_10_03_15, which says its up to date. I use the auto FE...still no luck.

Auto-Mixture in 'realism settings' off or un-checked? Is there an issue with running the engines when you start them up?

After you uninstalled everything did you also manually delete the update folder? If not it won't take the update again after reinstalling.

Go to your sim root folder A2A/B377/update and delete the client.wyc file. Then rerun the update.

Hi Andy,

Cowl flaps was a good thought except for the FE being active!

When you deleted and then re-installed and updated, did you delete the update folder located in your root drive: FSX\A2A\B377\?

I see that mentioned often as a recommended first step when re-installing.

What condition are your engines in the maintenance hanger?

Do you have your master propeller controller to full forward (high RPM)?

Finally got it worked out. I turned off the Accu-feel. Everything is good now. Thanks for the suggestions though, its good to have group to turn to.
