Meals on, Meals off

I have the original B-377 Wings of Silver, with the original B-377 accu-sim expansion pack installed.
I recently bought/added ( $19.99 ) the Accu-Sim COTS for B-377. I just love it.

I noticed that I do not have ( shift 3 control window ) the Meals on/Meals off option that I read was near the AFK option.
I went to the all in one updater and found the COTS V.1.1 update was included, so it ran through the different aircraft until it got to the B-377 COTS, it said "found" and that I was updated to the most currant version.

Unsure why the Meals on/Meals off option is not shown, yet the updater say's I'm currant.
Your help would be most appreciated.
