Howdy

I'm trying to install the COTS expansion, but it hangs then crashes with the message "windows cannot find **\A2A\Shared\A2Aserviceinstaller.exe, make sure you typed the name correctly and try again".

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled fresh 3 times to no avail. I am installing: Base package, Accusim expansion, SP1, COTS upgrade expansion in that order.

There is no "Shared" folder in the FSX A2A folder.

Any Ideas?

Dan,

The initial uploaded installers were missing a SHARED Accu-Sim utility (included with our Spitfire, B-17, and Cub), so for those who don't one of these prior products, the installer will not be able to run the needed file.

We just added this to the installer and are re-uploading. Hang tight, just about 30 min away, and I am sorry for this inconvenience...
