Multiplayer + live stream going live

Post by Lewis - A2A »

Somehow through luck managing to go for my third live stream of the week!

Today's flight will again be on FSCloud so people can join the flight in MP as well as watch the stream and chat in the twitch chat. Starting at Cardiff UK and then going to other places, tend to make it up as we go.

Come join us on the stream and even better live in the sim!

Going live in a few moments

Just the notice. I'll join in 30 or so.

I won't be able to fly until the end of the month tho.

Was another great stream with one slight pause due to tech issue, relaxed flying fun. Thanks to afcriag and ofek for joining us in the flight and everyone else for joining the stream in the chat! Really enjoying doing the streams!

I was at Ian P's RAF Bodney in the P51 when I saw your post. I quickly installed FSCloud, launched and had a terrific crash while attempting to fly and figure out FSCloud!

Then I realized you were all in Cessna 172's, I still had no idea what I was doing in FSCloud and probably couldn't catch you up anyway!

How were the three of you communicating? What kind of weather were you using? I was using ASN and was in and out of the clouds. Anyway, it looked like a good time!

I'll post up tomorrow about how to use FSCloud.

We all used different weather from default real weather to ASN, but all show bad cloud just ASN has a little more for afcriag than the default stuff did for me lol.

Awesome Lewis. That would be great! I looked into FSCloud a while back and it looked like all jet-liner stuff. I realize now it's just a multiplayer platform. I'd love to see a how-to on it so I can set it up when I get back.

I just have default FSX weather for now also.

Thanks, Lewis. I had a look at some tutorials...I'm all good except for the voice portion, and messaging. I am familiar with TS, but it seemed as if there was a voice option in-game, as long as everyone was tuned to the same frequency.

The FSCloud part we use is essentially a very small bit its just the mp hook up.

So just start the sim and get into freeflight mode where-ever you need to be. And then after your all loaded in, start FSCloud. I also mute fscloud as I don't use the voice function. And that's it, you should now be all set and start to see people as it injects the people into your sim.
