Re: Installation into P3D v4.3 failing

Post by sargas »

Hello,
I would like to point out that I have exactly the same problem as Stuart (but with the new C172 installer bought and downloaded from the new A2A store).
My configuration is the same (windows 7 integral 64 bits) except for the version of P3D (v4.2).
Everything I tried didn't work (disable AV NOD32, change installation folder, ...)
You can check the installation messages and the log file here :

thanks for your help

Hi Nick,

Is there any way to repair Windows Installer?

Back in my Windows XP days it got corrupted on my system. My Advanced Installer (v6 I believe) projects would freeze or complain in some way. Upgrading to 4.5 fixed my problem but I see there is no download for v5 in Windows 7.

Steve.
