 Post subject: Rudder issue?

Whenever I tried to save the flight and then maybe the next day I got back for another flight, once I start the engine I check the rudder for full operation and sometimes it only swings in 1 directions and then goes back to the center point. I am using a CH Yoke with a present key for assignment. Anybody run into this issue?

Is your autopilot on? Hit Z, does your aircraft make a "beep beep beep" noise, telling you that the AP is now off?

Just a guess.
