My rudder and tail wheel are straight but on take off the plane veers off the run way.
Can anyone help?

It sounds like the reaction to the engine torque. Open the throttle gently, and apply right rudder when she starts pulling to the left. It's perfectly natural, and there's nothing wrong. You have to find the balance between power and rudder to compensate. It takes a bit of practice.

Also wind is an issue. The Spitfire is quite light and easily affected by crosswinds, due to the narrow gear
