Spitfire for P3DV4 Pro purchased, but in account twice...

I do not understand why I have the Spitfire for P3DV4 twice in my account... I just purchased it and there is only one transaction recorded in PayPal, so I didn't accidentally purchase it twice.

It does seem rather odd... any ideas as to what may have happened?

Does it show up twice in the Orders view, or in the Downloads view? There is one installer for P3D v3 and one for P3D v4. That might be what you're seeing.

It is showing as two entries in the download section, both for P3DV4 Professional, I see nothing there for P3Dv2-3...

Actually I think I'm incorrect anyway, there should only be one entry because the Spitfire has no v2-v3 installer unlike the previous P3D products. Sorry about that!

Fairly, though I do not understand how the points thing works right now... I had a number of points and decided to use them all on the Spitfire purchase. Now I see it listing a negative number of points...

How is that possible?

fixed, it looks like there was some issue with the original order hence the double download and double minus flying hours.
