I love my headphones socket on my Cherokee 180, I think it's one of the best things about A2A aircraft.
Any chance of the same for the Spit on a future update?
I have no idea of what would be involved so perfectly understand if this is not possible.
As they say: "Just asking!"
Keep up the exceptionally good work chaps, and thanks.
Jim

Re: Headphones for the Spit - any chance on the next update?
G'day Jim,
The headphones jack is in a very awkward position in the early Spitfire, below the seat on the starboard wall (under the Oxygen by a long way!) Even with track IR or similar it is a hard place to "look at". So, just like some floor fuel gauges (P-51 and T6 from memory) compromises had to be made. I'll put it up...but don't get your hopes up! Most people would never use it.
You can, of course, still put headphones on from the menu.
Oh... and IF you are considering P3D V4, the native Spitfire for that is going to be exceptional!
regards
Darryl

Blimey Darryl - there's me and my amazing attention to detail - I had completely missed the Headphones option on the 2D (Shift-3) Controls Panel!Killratio wrote:G'day Jim,

I'll just slink away a tad embarrassed...
Yep, a move to P3D v4 will be made fairly soon for me after a rig upgrade, etc.
Cheers mate,
Jim

I just read like 8 spitfire and hurricane pilot memoirs and a couple books about the Battle of Britain. Well, re-read, for a handful of them. The spitfire cannot come soon enough!Killratio wrote: Oh... and IF you are considering P3D V4, the native Spitfire for that is going to be exceptional!
