Spitfire and Tacpack?

Does the Spitfire take advantage of TacPack, and if not, are there plans for TacPack to be implemented? What would that entail? Upgrade? Purchase an entirely different version?

I currently have the VRS F-18 with Tac-Pack.

No, but you can add this yourself should you wish. I believe instructions are in the Tac Pack manual, the changes are not officially supported.
