Trying to find this Spitfire repaint

Post by Whiz Wheel »

Found this picture of an A2A Spitfire repaint at forums.overclockers.co.uk, doing a Google search. The link for the screen shot is at: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showth ... 58&page=49 The poster didn't mention the source or link of the repaint. So thought I would post here to see if anyone has this or a link to it.

Cheers,

Jerry

Sorry I've no idea, I don't recall seeing that of the top of my head, shame I'd like to give her a go for a bit of a change :)

thanks,

I believe the correct phrase Ian is, "Challenge accepted!"

Insufficient Alyson Hannigan Error.

Not playing. :? :P

...oh, go on then.

I've actually done two. The first is grey over white, similar to the 1980s Harrier winter camo. The second is blue over white, as per the original screenshot.

Nice!

I had looked when you first posted this, and couldn't find it outside of that forum post.

Very nice - the gray in particular - could work as urban camo in addition to winter.

Just for comparison, here's a photo of the Harrier GR.1 in winter clothes...

I thought to wear urban camo you had to be a rapper? ;)

Ian,

Thanks for posting. The colors look great. Just downloaded and will be applying the paint tonight. Its nice to get away from camo green once and awhile. :D

Cheers,

Jerry
