Pilot Change

Hello one and all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way or if its at all possible to swap the 'period' WWII pilot from the Spitfire for the modern pilot from the 'Civilian' P-51? I'm not looking for a 'modern' cockpit i.e. radio stack or autopilot like the civilian P-51, just a straight swap.
