I updated all the skins I made a few years ago with a new base template - keeping the markings and some textures so that they look very much like the old ones, only the weathering is new.

you can download them here

Hello tom, you probably might have been busy lately. I did send you some more requests on the P-51 repaint forums that might have a big interest for you after doing the marinell & janie request which i thank you so much for :D!

I dont know if you collect the flypast magazines or anything similar, but there has been a lot of spitfire news the past couple of months in the UK about a new Spitfire MK1A rebuilt (including with a documentary) from the ground up with original specs that were dug up from a french beach near dunkirk during the second world war shown by these pictures here:

Since then it was a high importance project with a pro team that went to the beach of where it crash landed and dug it up back in 2012 i believe? And this year 2014 marked its first flight in april after 40 years it took off from duxford with Geoffery D. Stephenson behind the stick lol. Even seeing this at its first public appearance at the duxford airshow was just awesome so here it is:

Beautiful aint she? Now if you can do this my friend, then you are an awesome guy who wouldve touched alot of hearts to fly this girl on FSX i assure you. Including the other MK1A (Below) which is my favourite too, they are both based at duxford currently.

Sorry if i messaged you for requests on the wrong page, i didn't know which one to indicate too haha.

Thanks for all your work Tom!

Kind Regards
Jim :)
