New Signature

Well,

I am pleased, proud, nay privileged to now add a Spitfire signature (thanks Cody) to my posts.

After the thirty odd hours put in on the P51 over the past few months I was surprised how stable and easy to fly - and land in one piece - the Spitfire is in comparison.

All those poor bent North American airframes lying in the corner of my airfield have obviously taught me something..........

Cheers and Beers

Bill

Ah yes

When the steam starts coming out of that little hole I know it's time to make the tea...............

Lewis, are you saying that Lipton tea is not really tea? :)

When we stopped at the hotel for a few days it was all good as I could Just when I looked hard enough get a hold of some proper normal tea bags none of this herbal nonsense. Now am camping though and all I get offered 24/7 is the disgusting mud they call coffee, scoff scoff barf barf!!!

I feel your pain! But, stranded on an airfiled, surrounded by beautiful aircraft.... I guess some sacrifices must be endured!

I really liked your night pictures of the B-17 you posted last night. That is definitely a new and interesting perspective, especially since they are almost exclusively photographed during the day. Very nice! You guys must be exhausted, yet you keep delivering! So, again, my hats off to you and the gang!
