Here's a preview of a fictional civilian repaint that I'm doing to spice up the selection of historical paints. ;)

Excellent paint kit, by the way!

I'm not normally one for fictional paints on warbirds but I must say that's looking really awesome. Excellent work.

I tried to say another word that wasn't rude but it got replaced by ????? since when is s.e.x.y bad?

Agreed, that is one nice looking paint for the spit. Aren't there any non-fictional Mk I or II with civilian paints around?

Not to my knowledge. If you own such a rare Warbird (only two flying and one close I think) you are naturally going to want to give her a wartime paint.

True but there was a black Spitfire:

Israeli Air Force, the personal aircraft of Gen Ezer Weisman, based at Ramat David in 1955, now a museum aircraft.

Please do! I'll definitely send you another cup of coffee for that one alone!

That was a Mk IX but who's counting?

PS: Love your P-47 paints too. Good job!

Oh wow, this is the coolest paint I've yet seen. I really love this type of skin actually. My spitfire is like my personal hot rod, so paints that make it into more of a personal aircraft rather than a wartime bird are of special interest to me.
