(Casual Simmer) Can Accusim Easily Be Turned Off?

Post by luciencbi »

Since I'm mainly a casual simmer and don't have a lot of time right now to spend on deep simming (I just like to get up and fly most of the time) I'm wondering if Accusim has a 'switch' that can be turned off. I'd like to give it a try at some point but for the times when I don't want to have to worry about every last detail or I'll smoke the engine I'd like to be able to go up and enjoy the scenery.

The Spit looks gorgeous by the way, not surprising with an A2A creation.

Yes there's an off-button on one of the 2d panels, very easy to turn on or off.

We managed this a little differently with the Spitfire. When you have Accu-Sim installed, you can turn DAMAGE on or off. All the other good stuff like sounds and the like continue with damage on or off. Note, the DAMAGE ON / OFF does not fix your engine, it just stops it from taking any more damage due to heat, over stress, wear, etc.
