Experimental is a term used by the FAA at least to designate an aircraft that is safe for flight, but you are not allowed to carry cargo or passengers. I think though that an aircraft like this would be issued a Limited Certificate which would pretty much be the same thing.

1. Go to your "aircraft.cfg", the [General] part and insert "atc_type=Supermarine", replacing the "atc_type=EXPERIMENTAL" line
2. download EditVoicePackX v4 from http://www.editvoicepack.com/
3. Import the attached Modification-file (zipped because of the forum) and apply the changes.
The Spitfire will from now on be called "Supermarine Spitfire"
Enjoy this awesome piece of (software-)engineering!
