Amazing manual! congrats on the yet to be released spit..

The manuas says you can change the Sound Effects to High or Low..

Does this is a change in quality or quantity? or both?

The sound quality is still high, but it just reduces the amount of sounds that can be played at once, mainly the engine pops when you play with the throttle as some slower systems that have a hard time running FSX can experiences a little sound stuttering.
