Amazing video!
Your pit not only looks great, but it looks like every switch and control 'feels' like it should.
Outstanding work! You must have real good time in your spitfire and you sure deserve it!
Olivier.

Re: Accusim and the single Spitfire....
Thanks Olivier,
The only control that lacks real "feel" is the trim wheel. I need to work out a tension arrangement for that at some stage but in any case it needs to be wound too far I think to achieve a given result.
Apart from that, very happy and having real fun flying her.
The balck bakelite switches really set with a "thud".
cheers
Darryl

Re: Accusim and the single Spitfire....
Just watched your video Darryl, and your pit is truly amazing! It is just too cool!
All the pics gives one an idea of it's complexity, but the video really drives it home!
It was like I was in a real Spitfire, and it felt like I was sitting behind you.
Bravo Zulu!
Bill

Re: Accusim and the single Spitfire....
Thnaks Bill,
From the details and films I have of startup for a Mk I, Mk II, MkIV and MkIX, it certainly does feel real!
Now if I can just cure the random BSOD problem I have with the i920, I can do some serious long range flying.
cheers
Darryl

Unfortunately mate I do not have moderator controls over this forum. Please ask Scott, Lewis or Rob. They should be able to square you away.
