Hi just wondering, in fact i like to fly the MK II, Can't wait until the MK V is released. But yea post your thoughts and why you like the type you fly.

I personally fly the Mk II because it has a more powerful engine and, also the flight stick i use (Logitech Attack 3 conflicts with the Key command shortcut. The thing i love about the spitfire compared to the P-51 it is very Manuel, no auto radiator. I like a Plane were you fly it. and thanks A2A for building superior Aircraft IMO.

I also love how the spit ( i call the Spitfire the Spit don't ask way) makes you learn it, if ya don't you'l always be cook'en that engine.

Yob

Hey Yob,

I personally love the Mk 1a as its allot more challenging to fly. I got inspired and wanted to fly the MK 1a when reading a book called "Spitfire" which went over everything including personal statements form the legends themselves. Have a look at this video amazing :)

I like the electric starter in the MkI and the slightly larger supercharger in the MkII. Scott.

I love the manual gear pump on the Mk.1 ..... so annoying but great fun. I do have a tendency to underestimate the time needed to lower the gear, has led to some last minute go-arounds!

Cheers,

Byron
