Another No Accu-Sim Sound - All A2A Aircraft

Hi there,
So, the strangest thing happens on my new FSX install. When I load the Piper Cub/and C172 I have no interior Accu-sim sounds. I have tried everything and can't figure this out. I have turned up the volume on the aircraft panel, I have checked the windows default sound output, but yet no sound. I can hear exterior sounds and engine, but nothing else. I have tried reintalling everything, and have got the patch as well. Does it have anything to do with installing Accu-FEEL before I installing the Cub?
Second, and I'm not sure if this is related, but as soon as I take off in the Cub, about 50 feet above the runway my engine cuts out. It doesn't matter how long I warm up, it cuts out at the exact same spot everytime. So weird! I've flown this plane for months before and nothing like this happened.
Everything was working fine on my last install, I am so baffled.
Any help?
