General updater doesn't bring the Cub to 1.1 (paddle)

...or so is my experience. I had to reinstall the Cub today (P3DV2.4). I did it with the original zip file and used the November 20th general updater on it. It said that the Cub was already at the latest version but it was not : no paddle (and no paddle view) or hand towing in the sim ! I did it twice to be sure. I thus used the 2009 1.1 update + 1.11 hotfix that I had kept and the paddle is back ! No support is required but this post may help other simmers in the same predicament.

If you are reinstalling remember to delete the update folder so it can correctly check the version.

If you don't believe your update has been successfully applied go to your "Microsoft Flight Simulator X\A2A\PiperJ3" folder and remove the "update_fsx" folder. Then apply the updater again.
