download problem

hello, I am having an install problem w/items;
SHO-205 & SHO-210 order#537196.

I was told the disk was all I needed to get the
J-3 running. the disk is not loading! I have Flight
Sim X running on my windows 7 PC. I need
detailed instructions. thank you so much!

what is the problem/error message?

The order numbers are not from our A2A Simulations store and we don't offer any disc services. If the issue is with a corrupt disc not loading please contact your 3rd party vendor. If its a software error or a non-understanding of what to do please post here as much details as you can so we can better help.

The procedure for installation of the cub is as follows;
-Microsoft Flight Simulator X (updated to FSX Service Pack 2 or Acceleration expansion standard)
-Installation of the Piper Cub
Optional -Installation of the Accu-sim pack for the Piper cub

Any issues let us know.
