I just bought the piper cub from A2A and it keeps saying that it can't find the piper cub and it needs to in order to install etc. it also said try re installing which I have done multiple times.

It sounds like you are trying to install Accu-Sim, and not the base package. The install order is the Piper Cub, then Accu-Sim.
