can't gget heidi to speak, none of the maintence hangar, or anyof that will work!!!! Running FSX, Acceleration, Downloaded all patches. Reinstalled!!! Settings are fine what else to do? [email protected]

Hello Shawn,

Sorry for th eissues you have been having, these tend to be due to silly little things with fsx and the system rather than anything too complicated. As complicated addons use the advanced features of FSX which most aircraft do not use. Unfortunatly for everyone FSX can continue to work flawlessly until you try to run an advanced feature and then all the sudden things fall over, as you discover a certain area has stopped working, most common of which is simconnect issues (see FAQ) and or registry issues, though this wont be a registry issue.

For troubleshooting please ignore the patch for the time being. Lets get the basic stuff working out of the box so to speak.

Can you please give us more information;
-The product you have brought, accu-sim? or just the standard cub.
-PC specs and operating system.
-How much of the FAQ have you gone through? - ( http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtop ... 65&t=19370 )

On facebook you mentioned you reinstalled acceleration and Heidi appeared. This points to an error with your system. Have you reinstalled the cub since the acceleration re-install, I would recommend a reinstall and if using a 64bit windows 7 please remember to install as top level administrator via right clicking on the shortcut and selecting 'run as administrator' - this is standard good practice with 64bit Win7.
