downloading trouble for piper j-3 cub for fsx

I am not a computer person. I need someone to talk me thru the set up on phone. I've purchased several other a/c for FSX and had no trouble installing them. This one isn't working and I have to be on the computer with someone to say what's going on. 724-846-2118. Please call.

if it helps, when trying to install to my computer, it says"the setup could not find the a2a simulation piper j3 cub installed. the installer cannot continue
unless it can find the aircraft. this would likely be corrected by re installing the aircraft. for assistance .. visit a2a sim. cont....

it sounds like you purchased the accu-sim pack but not the cub itself. The A2A cub must be installed before installing the Accu-sim pack.

I called FS Pilot shop where I purchased this and they said this is the Piper Cub add on for FSX. It's still not working. Do you not have a phone number that I can actually speak to a real person.
I don't have time to always be checking my computer to see if you write back to me or not. I need someone to be on the phone when it's loading to tell me what to do.

Hello,

the message is telling that it cannot find the A2A J3 Cub, as the message states.

This is because you are trying to install Accu-sim for the cub rather than the cub itself. If you brought both packs, you need to install the cub before installing the accu-sim pack.

Check your order at fs pilot shop it will no doubt state accu-sim pack for the A2A J3 Cub.
