heidi is mute and i have the settings set per the documentation, even reinstalled the cub to no avail. Windows XP Profesional, with 2.66ghz processer and 3.0 gigs of ram wit ati 9800 graphics w/ 4 gigs. Please help. The model is good, but it's aggravating when everything dosen't work as advertised.
