My problem is that I think nothing I say is ambiguous, and any poor interpretations are the fault of the listener (reader)

Just ask my wife. I'm sure she'll completely agree that I think I'm clear when I'm clear as mud :D

One other thing I've learned is "airspeed is everything". Nail your airspeed and the rest just seems to fall into place. ...But watch that video.
