If you install a utility called Adbloick Plus on your browser, a lot of these regional blocks are eliminated. It also gets rid of annoying ads on sites, unless enable exceptions to support sites I regularly visit with sensible ads.

A little late to this thread, but I saw this. Or, drove by the aftermath as they were trying to get it off the beach. Pretty crazy. It was a banner tow plane, from Gillespie field I think. The site is in Carlsbad, I'd say it's 27* or so (have to check) from Palomar airport, KCRQ. I haven't followed up on the story since but from what I remember he lost power somehow and tried to put it down on the beach. I guess he did a pretty good job.

Yea, thank god no one was hurt.
