... interestingly (and since v2.1 only) the situation starts with the engine sound on, but the prop at a standstill.
I have tried to start up the engine the usual way, by hand, from inside the cabin, but the prop won't even turn.
I have then stopped the engine. No attempt to restart ever worked; prop won't turn.
I just thought of mentioning this for our good friends at A2A who, I know, are working very hard to sort out these gremlins that appeared with the new v2.1 update with P3D.

Download the hotfix from the p3d website, once installed your j3 prop will spin, regards Reg.

I realize the Cub isn't officially supported yet for P3D, but I was curious if anyone could shed some light on how it's working after the 2.1 hotfix? I picked up the C172 and absolutely love it.
