Priming the cub

I recently have gone back to the cub and quickly remembered that I never need to prime the cub to start it was their ever a solution for this, I had alowed the fuel to be used up by closing the fuel cut off the simply opening the fuel cut of and spinning the prod it starts again,

also noticed the graphics are twitchy i.e quite bad stutters all other a2a planes are smooth ant ideas to this
