Mustang

Post by wad597 »

If I was to buy this Mustang would this be the model that gets accu-simmed? Or will it be a new model?

thanks

This is only specualtion on my part but I anticipate a new model will be required for the AccuSim pack (like with the Thunderbolt) instead of the AccuSim working as a 'bolt on' upgrade to the current WoPII Mustang (like with the B-17G). The WIP screenshots presented several months ago for the future Mustang showed rough renders of an entire exeterior model. Also, the current WoP2 P-51D was built on the eve of FSX's release and was basically an FS2004 model adapted for FSX. The current B-17G was built exclusively for FSX to begin with, so I believe the team had a sufficiently solid base from which to expand upon.
