Need some help with WOP P-51D and Windows 7

Got a new Dell Studio XPS 9000 last week running 64 bit Windows 7. Loaded my trusty FS2004 from the original disks with little problem and it's running fine for the most part (still need to tweak a few things), but when I went to install my copy of the WOP P-51D/H package from the disk I got from FlightSimShop a couple of Christmases ago I get a warning saying that files in FS2004 have been corrupted and I need to re-install FS2004 (not with all my add-on scenery and aircraft and all the futzing around in aircraft CFG and scenery files I had to do I won't). So then, I remembered I'd backed up the Mustang on a spare disk in anticipation of transferring my old files to my new PC so I loaded that which went fine, but then all of the great looking third party repaints aren't showing up even though the files are there and the aircraft CFG file remains unchanged since my last skin add.

Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.
