I just went to fly my P47 and after it loaded the plane is on the ground with the gear up.
How does that s@#t (STUFF) happen? Better question. How do you fix it?
P47 Parked on Belly with Gear UP
Re: P47 Parked on Belly with Gear UP
Hmmm, did you load in a default flight at an airport first?
Re: P47 Parked on Belly with Gear UP
Sounds like you might have started the flight from a previous save that had the gear up.
Restart the sim with an aircraft with it's gear down like the Trike at any airport then switch to the P47.

This is what I'd be imaging too, a gear up default flight.robert41 wrote:Sounds like you might have started the flight from a previous save that had the gear up.

Don't think so. Went to free flight picked a plane (A2A plane of course). Picked airport/parking spot ,day/time, weather. started flight. So im not really sure what the deal is.
Re: P47 Parked on Belly with Gear UP
Just tried it again. Same issue.
Re: P47 Parked on Belly with Gear UP
Try picking the default FSX Cessna, loading that in cold and dark and then switching to the A2A aircraft.

Hello,
whats your default flight?
Remember a number of settings the sim loads for that first free-flight are taken directly from the default flight.
thanks

Ever tried to do a full overhaul and restart therafter? If that does not work then you most probably have a problem with user access control as the configuration file is not properly read.

Got it working know. Weird.
Thanks for all the suggestions.

Glad it is fixed. She's a fun plane.
