Hello,
don't know exactly when this was introduced, but I think with the patch bringing prop sound and heavy metal update to the warbirds:
"- Fixed fuel consumption estimations and updated clipboard with our latest standard of info"
With the P-47 facing a headwind shows negative range, endurance and econ values in popup panel shift + 2:
Haven't seen this in the other warbirds or GAs.
Regards
Jens

What kind of prop sounds do you mean Jens? Like when you bring the RPM back during the pre-takeoff ground checks, or some other sound. I can check the negative range and endurance figures on my installation as well, if you wish. I think that might be because you have yet to leave the ground?
--Edit. My values are also in the negative while turned into the wind for takeoff, then revert back to more normal values after takeoff.

Re: negative range, endurance and econ values
I think it's the correlation between headwind, IAS and groundspeed. Don't know, how it is calculated, but there seems to be a little mistake in comparison to the other warbirds.
Don't know if this will effect figures in the air too, so developers should check this.

Re: negative range, endurance and econ values
Hello,
this is just due to the calculations not working correctly to produce any reliable/usable data when on the ground.
As noted once your in the air it all sorts itself out as things get into there rhythms
thanks,
Lewis

Re: negative range, endurance and econ values
But negative fuel consumption... Next time I'll drive my car backwards all the time to produce gasoline

Yes its just the way the sim works on the ground, its not until your airbourne things start to make a little more sense.
thanks,
Lewis

Re: negative range, endurance and econ values
Thanks. Will ignore it on the ground and squeeze the juice out in the air

Negative range huh, you might be onto something.
