Good morning.
Straight to the point as A2A and this forum seem to be almost dead in the water.
When this aircraft first came out we asked for the bubble canopy variant, but after all this time still nothing has been said about it.
Have A2A given up? as there seems to be nothing new about.

Re: P47D bubble canopy?
Hello,
as noted quite a bit there are no plans for a Bubble canopy. Not sure why we are dead in the water the last release was less than a month ago and the forums are pretty full.
thanks,
Lewis

Re: P47D bubble canopy?
Forums are alive and well. Development seems to be geared towards new projects and recently released aircraft. I wouldn't expect anything further on the p47, simply love it for the way it is.

No desire for a bubble-canopy variant here. The razorback version is fine.Helmetfire wrote: When this aircraft first came out we asked for the bubble canopy variant...

old New England proverb: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"
Orville's law: when the altitude of the ground at your current location exceeds the altitude of your aircraft, you have most assuredly crashed.

Just because some don't want it doesn't mean that nobody wants it.

How is the forum dead? I'm just looking at all the post from day to day, as I am here, every day, at lest twice a day. Some days are slow with only 10 or so new post, but how is it dead? Just asking your prospective. I do like the razorback, I love the look of it.

And just because some people want it, it doesn't mean they're going to get it.Skycat wrote:Just because some don't want it doesn't mean that nobody wants it.

Re: P47D bubble canopy?
just out of curiosity, how hard would it be to convert the old model to FSX native?
I honestly have no idea how much work that involves.
But it would make me very happy already...
