Hello,

In first a great great congratulation for your addons, I possess the B377+Accusim, P47+accusim, Piper Cub+Accusim, P40 and Spitfire and for me it's the best addons for FSX !!!!

Since I bought P47 + Accusim I meet a problem and I don't know if it's a bug or normal !!

I am going to try to explain the problem that I meet:

After my takeoff here the data of my P-47:
MP 42"
RPM 2550.
Auto-Rich.

When I'm at 7000 ft I don't touch any more my throttle which gives me MP 42", at this moment I begin to push my boost lever to have MP 42".
Every time for that my MP decline I compensate with my boost to have 42".

When I am at 10000 ft (7000 ft + 3000 ft) I connect my throttle with my boost lever but at this moment there, that is as I connect these two levers my MP decrease to 8.9" quickly.
If I disconnect my two levers without touching them my MP increases until the red line quickly.

I realized many tests and every time I meet this problem.

When I connect my throttle to my boost lever my MP decrease to 8.9" quickly.
When I disconnect my throttle to my boost lever my MP increases until the red line quickly.

Please can you tell me if it's a bug or normal ?

PS:
I'm very sorry for my poor English.......

A great thank's for all and best regards.

Olivier.

Olivier,

If I understand your post correctly, you are experiencing the difference in actual boost pressure of the boost lever position when it is moved from free to coupled with the throttle? If so, this is normal.

The boost lever on the real P47 is so sensitive that we wanted to give the customer the same sensitivity using a game controller, so we widened the response when uncoupled from the throttle. So, don't worry about this behavior, as it is normal.

Scott.

Hello Scott,

I'm not sure to have understood your question correctly.
In fact when I connect my boost lever with my throttle lelver my MP falls and if I disconnect my boost lever from my throttle lever my MP increases towards the red line.

Is it normal ?

A great thank's in advance for your assistance.

Olivier.
